We're excited to share what the Bounty SMP mechanic brings to Gold Network.
💰 The Bounty System
The Core Mechanic:
Every player starts with 200 bounty when they first join
Kill someone? You get 20% of their bounty
Get killed? You lose 20% of your bounty
Hit 0 bounty? You're eliminated (banned) until someone revives you.
(the minimum amount you loss is 20, so even if you 30 bounty it will take 20 away)
You can use /shop to buy items like crate keys, custom items, potions, and more with bounty!
You can trade with others with items or IP
You can auction items with /auction
The Economy:
There is a shop to buy a multitude of items. You can even use the auction house to buy or sell items for bounty with other players on the market
❤️ Dynamic Hearts System
How It Works:
Base health: 10 hearts (20 HP)
Every 20 bounty = +1 heart
Maximum: 30 hearts (60 HP)
Formula: 10 + (bounty ÷ 20)
What This Means:
Low bounty players = normal health
High bounty players = tank mode
Your health updates instantly when bounty changes
Visible in your health bar and name tag
Examples:
0-200 bounty = 10 hearts
200+ bounty = 10+ hearts
600+ bounty = 30 hearts (max)
What This Means:
Accumulate bounty freely without negative effects
High bounty = pure advantage (more hearts)
Focus on PvP skill. PVP is what makes you the best.
Build your bounty without restrictions.
And complete anarchy.
🔄 The Revive System
How Elimination Works:
Reach 0 bounty = automatic ban
Can't rejoin until revived
Can't revive yourself
The Revive Token: Craft it with this recipe:

T = Totem of Undying (4x)
E = Enchanted Golden Apple (1x)

Using It:
Right-click the token to open the Revive GUI
See all eliminated players
Click a player head to revive them
They come back with 50 bounty
1-hour cooldown per player
Bounty and hearts shown in player name tags
Format: PlayerName [250] 22❤
Updates in real-time
Hides when crouched (like normal name tags)

Player Commands:
/bounty [player] - Check bounty (alias: /b)
/bountyleaderboard - Top 10 players (aliases: /bountytop, /btop, /blb)
/bountytransfer <player> <amount> - Transfer bounty (aliases: /btransfer, /bt)
/bountyrecipe - Show revive token recipe (aliases: /reviverecipe, /recipe)
/help - Interactive help menu (aliases: /bhelp, /help)
Other commands:
/rtp - plugin to teleport to any location in a dimension of your choice
tpa plugin to teleport to players with various other commands (aliases: /tpa [player], /tpaccept, etc)
/home - teleport to your “home” (aliases: /home, /sethome, /delhome)\

Crates:
Buy crates with bounty, so every player has it accessible to them. We are adding new crates when the community wants it, and even more.

The Strategy:
High bounty = more health, pure advantage
Low bounty = less health, more vulnerable
Transfers = help friends or make deals
Revives = second chances
The Balance:
Fixed total pool prevents inflation
Percentage-based system scales perfectly
High-bounty players have health advantage but are valuable targets
Revive system prevents permanent elimination
